This Ready to work pattern in Bedfordshire techniques is designed and sold to raise money for the Swimathon in 2024. It is a floral pattern with adding in and throwing out of pairs.
Every pattern sold will give a donation to the charities supported by the Swimathon foundation and to raise awareness of the swimmers taking part throughout the UK.
The pattern sheet price will donate £2 from every sale to Swimathon 2023, and every Ready to work pattern will donate £5.
The pattern uses approximately 90 pairs of bobbins, using Presencia Finca 60 (or equivalent) in cream for the main thread, and Mez Coats cotton - shade 1417 for skin tone, her hair uses workers in Madeira Cotona 30 shade 771, and the workers for her tail and top in madeira metallic sparkling 40 shade 37.
