This round Bedfordshire motif was inspired by naturally occurring frost patterns on my car roof a few years ago and developed into this round motif. It is offered with few instructions to allow lacemakers to interpret it how they want it to be. It is a more advanced pattern by the nature of the design, and incorporated raised and rolled tallies on it, although it could be made with small sparkly beads instead to change the frosty appearance. It would also be interesting to work it in a colour.
